ARN-Serie-Chipwiderstände sind auf einem Substrat aus Aluminium-Nitrid mit hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit und vergrößerten Rückseitenterminals ausgelegt, um den thermischen Widerstand zu reduzieren. Wie bei jedem Hochleistungs-Chipwiderstand ist die Fähigkeit zur Wärmeabfuhr gut, was sich positiv auf die Gesamtleistung der Geräte auswirkt. Ein fortschrittlicher Dünnschichtprozess sorgt für enge Spezifikationen und hohe Zuverlässigkeit.
