Automotive thick film resistor, Resistance 1ohm to10Mohm, sizes from 0201~2512, 1%, 5% ,high power. Special long termination offers high power. These rectangular resistors are high stability for any electronic applications in critical design especially for automotive industrial.

  • This specification applies to all sizes of rectangular-type fixed chip resistors with Ruthenium-base as material.

Pulse Withstanding Capacity

The limit of acceptance was a shift in resistance of less than 1% from the initial value. The power applied was subject to the restrictions of the maximum permissible impulse voltage.
