Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct

Guangjie Technology is committed to protecting the rights of its employees, ensuring they receive the respect and dignity recognized by the international community, prioritizing labor rights and occupational safety, and moving towards a shared vision; upholding integrity and honesty, pursuing sustainable operation, emphasizing environmental protection, producing green products, taking energy-saving and greenhouse gas emission reduction measures, and focusing on continuous performance improvement.

RBA Policy

• We comply with labor laws, prohibit the use of child labor, forced labor, and discrimination, and respect employees' freedom of association, continuously improving employee rights.
• We provide employees with a healthy and safe working environment that meets regulatory requirements. We prioritize environmental safety and hygiene, and comply with relevant environmental requirements related to the company's environmental factors.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards, operate with integrity by prohibiting the offering or acceptance of bribes, and respect and protect intellectual property rights.
• Continuously communicate RBA's labor ethics, environmental, and occupational safety requirements.
• RBA performance indicators achieved 100%.

To ensure supply chain workers understand its contents, suppliers of the guideline must sign a compliance commitment. The guideline's content will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains up-to-date.

The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct sets out a set of standards for the electronics industry or industries with electronics as a major component, and its supply chain, to ensure safe working environments, respect and dignity for workers, and environmentally friendly and ethical business operations. The supervising unit will keep the information of whistleblowers strictly confidential. Anyone who leaks the information and causes whistleblowers to be harassed or retaliated against will be severely punished.
