Conflict-free metals policy

Guangjie Technology Co., Ltd.It is also expected that efforts will be made to conduct a thorough investigation of the supply chain to ensure that metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and tin (Sn) are not mined from conflict zones in the Democratic Republic of Congo through anarchist groups or obtained through illegal smuggling. Furthermore, metals exported from the following countries do not meet the "conflict-free standard": the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, and Kenya (the United Nations Security Council has identified these countries as having mineral deposits in the Congolese veins).


Guangjie Technology Co., Ltd. Therefore, the "Conflict Minerals Policy" is hereby established, and the following commitments are made:
1. Do not purchase conflict minerals from conflict zones.
2. Suppliers are required to refuse to use conflict minerals from conflict zones.
3. Our suppliers are required to manage their upstream and downstream suppliers and ensure that they comply with the requirements for conflict-free minerals.
4. We make every effort to ensure the sourcing of our materials and refuse to use conflict minerals from conflict zones.
