Over 25 Years Anti-Sulfurated Thick Film Chip Resistor (AS Series) Manufacturer - Viking
Anti-Surfur resistors , sizes from 0201-2512, resistance range 1ohm -10Mohm. Tolerance of 0.5%~5%. High power is available.
AS series is using high sulfuration-proof inner electrode material and special construction of termination to increase the strength to against the sulfuration. Sulfuration occurs in the resistor with silver for inner electrode. Sulfurated environment is included as sulfur gas near hot spring or volcanos or produced through firing of raw oil, even outdoor equipment under air pollution could be affected. Silver sulfide produced through this reaction impacts the conductivity therefore resistor gets disconnected.
Viking ‘s Anti-sulfurated resistors are an ideal choice to prevent your electronic devices being damaged from the high –sulfur environment. Viking - IATF16949/ISO-9001/ISO-14001 certified thin/thick film process & OEM services for automotive, electronic device applications. Coating, lithography, custom design on Thin/Thick Film processes. 100% CCD inspection. Small size & light weight. Suitable for IR reflow soldering.
